Circuit Technology Center provides rapid and flexible component tape and reel service. We can safely package standard-outline SMT devices, discreet SMT devices, through-hole components, connectors, and other devices in embossed or cardboard carrier tape.
We have a large inventory of carrier tape and reels of various sizes on hand; custom tape requirements are also supported.
Tape and reel service is provided in full compliance with EIA-481 standards. Our tape and reel machines have integrated vision systems to ensure proper part orientation and component count. All processing is carried out in an ESD-safe and humidity and temperature-controlled environment.
We also offer component MSL dry-bake service for moisture-sensitive electronic components. Dedicated, calibrated batch ovens are used for dry baking.

MSL packaging services include vacuum-sealing devices in an ESD-safe, moisture-barrier bag with a desiccant pack, moisture indicator card, and moisture sensitivity labeling on the outside of the package. MSL dry bake and packaging services are performed in accordance with J-STD-033 and J-STD-020 specifications.
