The following guidelines can be followed when requesting information.
- Attach photos or drawings of the repair or rework requirement. In most cases, an estimate of the charges can be provided upon review of the information provided online, but a firm quote is only completed after receipt of the project and a full evaluation is performed.
- If you are requesting component replacement services, you will need to supply the necessary replacement components. We do not source replacement components or hardware.
- We do not offer circuit board diagnostic or troubleshooting services. No RMA (Return Material Authorization) or reference number is required when sending your project to us. Simply include your contact information with a brief description of the project requirements.
Form Security
Our forms are hosted with Amazon Web Services in the United States and use an industry-leading web application firewall. Data and uploads are encrypted at rest using AES-256 block-level storage encryption. We use a minimum of TLS 1.2 to encrypt network traffic between your web browser and our forms.
