Conflict Minerals Compliance Statement - Revision 6.4

Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the Securities and Exchange Commission Rules require certain corporations to report using "Conflict Minerals" in manufacturing their products. Generally, Conflict Minerals refer to cassiterite, columbite-tantalite, gold, wolframite, or their derivatives, including tantalum, tin, and tungsten, originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or specified adjoining countries.

We are not subject to the Conflict Minerals rules and reporting requirements as a privately held corporation. However, we understand that our customers may be, and we are committed to helping them comply with their reporting requirements.

Only two minerals used by us fall within the reporting requirement: gold and tin. We purchased products that may contain these minerals from a minimal number of well-established, United States-based suppliers that fully comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Consequently, we can, in turn, represent that our products do not contain Conflict Minerals to the best of our knowledge.

We will continue to work with our key suppliers to ensure that we can identify the use of Conflict Minerals in our supply chain and that the representations made in this compliance statement remain accurate.
