Circuit Technology Center, Inc. has systems to ensure ongoing compliance with the above-referenced standards and compliance initiatives. These systems include standard operating procedures that ensure the use of restricted substances is prohibited in our manufacturing operations. This requires our third-party suppliers to provide certifications confirming that the materials they supply are compliant. Additionally, we have an auditing process in place to verify that these standard operating procedures are followed.
Efforts are ongoing to secure material content declarations from our contract manufacturers, suppliers, and third parties. Circuit Technology Center, Inc. has taken and continues to take reasonable steps to provide representative and accurate information; however, it may not have conducted destructive testing or chemical analyses on incoming materials and chemicals. Material content information may not yet be available from some of our suppliers, or the information they supply may be erroneous.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circuit Technology Center, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or any other exemplary damages arising from the information provided herein or its provision of non-compliant products or materials.
