RoHS Declaration of Conformity

Circuit Technology Center, Inc., manufacturer of CircuitMedic® products, certifies that, to the best of our knowledge and based upon supplier declarations, material certifications, and established compliance procedures, the products we manufacture and sell comply with the requirements of Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2011, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS), as amended by Directive (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3), except where specifically identified below.

Compliance is based primarily on information provided by our raw material suppliers and component manufacturers, together with our internal manufacturing controls and quality management processes. Circuit Technology Center maintains supplier declarations and material compliance documentation as part of its ongoing RoHS compliance program. Chemical analysis of incoming materials is not routinely performed unless required for a specific application or customer requirement.

The RoHS Directive restricts the use of the following substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Maximum concentration values are shown in the table below.

Products Excluded from RoHS Compliance
The following products are intentionally manufactured using tin/lead finishes and therefore are not RoHS compliant. These products are clearly identified in product literature and ordering information.

• Circuit Frames with optional Tin/Lead plating (part numbers ending with "-AT")

Additional Environmental Compliance
Upon request, Circuit Technology Center can provide available information regarding compliance with the European REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 for applicable products based on supplier declarations and material information. Circuit Technology Center remains committed to meeting applicable environmental regulations and continuously works with suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance with current RoHS requirements.
