Calibration Procedure

Using a calibrated thermometer attach a thermocouple to the tip of the iron and check for units +/- tolerance acceptability.

Temperatures and acceptance ranges:

Set temp at 800° .(Unit should hold temperature to +/- 10°)

Monitor for 4-5 minutes

Set temp at 900°. (Unity should hold temperature to +/- 10°)

Monitor for 4-5 minutes
