Calibration Procedure

Equipment required: CLR1003 Digital Thermometer
 
1. Verify low and high temperature set points for oven.

2. Place digital thermometer thermocouples in the approximate center of the oven.

3. Set the oven temperature setpoint to 165°F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/- 5% of the setpoint and read out.

4. Set the oven temperature setpoint to 350°F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/- 5% of the setpoint and readout.

**Acceptable deviation range in temperature of +/- 5°F.
