Equipment required: CLR1003 Digital Thermometer 2. Place digital thermometer thermocouples in the approximate center of the oven. 3. Set the oven temperature setpoint to 165°F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/- 5% of the setpoint and read out. 4. Set the oven temperature setpoint to 350°F and allow to stabilize.
