Calibration Procedure

Equipment Required: CLR1003 Digital Thermometer

  1. Verify Low and High Temperature Set Points for Oven.
  2. Place Digital Thermometer Thermocouple in the approximate center of the oven.
  3. Set the Oven Temperature set point to 175 degrees F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/- 5 degrees F of the set point and readout of the CR023. For adjustments see the oven manual.
  4. Set the Oven Temperature setpoint to 300 degrees F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/- 5 degrees F of the set point and readout of the Digital Thermometer. For adjustments see the oven manual.
