Calibration Procedure
Equipment Required: CR023 Digital Thermometer
Verify Low Temperature Set Point and Low Temperature Alarm for Oven.

Place Digital Thermometer Thermocouple in the approximate center of the oven.

Set the Main Control Temperature (setpoint) to 165 degrees F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/-5 degrees F of the set point and readout of the CR023. For adjustments see the oven manual.

Set the Over Temperature Protection Control (OTP) to 165 degrees F.

Set the Main Control Temperature (setpoint) to 10 degrees F above the OTP, 175 degrees F, and verify that the alarm sounds +/-5 degrees F. For adjustments see oven manual.
Verify High Temperature Set Point and High Temperature Alarm for Oven.

Set the Main Control Temperature (setpoint) to 280 degrees F and allow to stabilize. The oven temperature should stabilize at +/-5 degrees F of the set point and readout of the CR023. For adjustments see the oven manual.

Set the Over Temperature Protection Control (OTP) to 280 degrees F.

Set the Main Control Temperature (setpoint) to 10 degrees F above the OTP, 290 degrees F, and verify that the alarm sounds +/-5 degrees F. For adjustments see oven manual.
